Academic Network of the Computer Science Department are:

Helpdesk about network problems
We have a helpdesk system installed on our servers. We use the free software
RT (Request Tracker). If you need any assistance then you send an email to
suporte@dcc.ufba.br. You should have an email account on the DCC network like
username@dcc.ufba.br.
